Vintage survival crash can Washington Pilots Assn unopened

File this thing under, " I betcha don't have one of these". What I have here is a vintage personal aircraft basic mountain survival equipment can, packed and distributed by the Washington Pilots Association. Unopened! It's a bit scruffy on the outside, I would guess bouncing around in the back of a 1960's Cessna for 40+ years would do that. And that's only a guess at 1960's, I couldn't find any info on this while searching online.
"Do not open until needed. This container is hermetically sealed to last 10 or more years."
"This aviation survival kit contains sufficient equipment and food concentrates to provide for 2 men for 10 or more days."
"Contents, 1- Fire building materials. 2- Basic first aid. 3- Water purifier. 4- Compass. 5- Basic fishing equipment. 6- Signaling devise. 7- Basic high energy foods. 8- Survival knife. 9- Survival manual." And taped to the top is it's original military style can opener in the small brown bag.
Can is 6 inches across and 4-1/2 tall and weighs about 3 pounds. And the pic of the top of the can, yes... those are my fingerprints in the dust, I haven't cleaned this thing at all, it's just how I found it and I've had it in my personal collection for about 5 years.
