Vintage Sheaffer Oversized Flattop Fountain Pen - JADE GREEN - Used-Good.
I describe each item to the best of my ability.  The pen does not have ink in it so I cannot test that function.  The lever moves smoothly and I can hear it depressing the sac inside the pen.  Again I do not know if the pen is operational.  Selling as is.
The nib is imprinted with: Sheaffer 5-30 Made in USA and appears to be in very good condition  I have inspected the barrel and cap of the pen, I did not find any any cracks or chips in the plastic.  The barrel of the pencil is stamped with: W.A. Sheaffer Pen Co, Fort Madison, Iowa, USA, Patented in USA.  The flat top cap has a dot in the center of it.  The pocket clip has Sheaffer's stamped into it.  I mention this because it may not show up in the photos.
I am assisting with an estate and the gentleman who had this had quite a collection of fountain pens, mechanical pencils and ballpoint pens.  More to list soon.  I am starting the bidding way under what others are listed for and have sold for on ebay.  Good luck.  I will consider fair offers.
