VINTAGE 1940s SHEAFFER OVERSIZE "CREST" 1750 FOUNTAIN PEN

1/10 14K GOLD FILLED CAP (written on cap).
The WHITE DOT is on the end of the blind cap.
It is in
EXCELLENT
condition.
The pen measures
5 1/4" capped.
The pen has been disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and tested.
The pen's lever-fill system works smoothly and fills with ink as designed with a new sac.
The section has EXCELLENT transparency to determine the amount of ink in the pen.
The 14K GOLD conical "WAVERLY" nib of the pen has the expected gentle upturn at the end and is FINE in size.
The nib is imprinted "Sheaffers, Lifetime, Reg US Pat Off, Made in USA, 14K".
The imprint on the pen states "W.A. Sheaffer Pen Co, Fort Madison Iowa USA, Made in USA, 1750"
