    BEAUTIFUL WWII Period Czech or Possibly Yugoslavian Bayonet, Scabbard, & LEATHER FROG
    DESCRIPTION:
    Nice original WWII period steel bayonet, scabbard, AND RARE ORIGINAL LEATHER BELT FROG. Scans show it all. Blade is in excellent condition with original finish. Has nice, deep manufacturer's marks on the throat as shown.
    Deep serial number 7221 stamped in the crossguard. HARDLY EVER FOUND, IT ALSO HAS MATCHING 7221 STAMPED IN THE SCABBARD HOOK.
    Wooden grips are in excellent condition. This is one of the nicest looking, most complete bayonets I have ever seen, and one of the nicest from any country that I have ever seen. I believe it is a Czech manufacture, but could be Yugoslavian.
    Scabbard appears to have all of its original bluing and is in excellent
    , clean condition.

    Bayonets were a popular veteran battle pickup souvenir item during the war and make excellent collectibles today
    AND THEY DON"T GET ANY NICER THAN THE ONES THAT STILL HAVE THE ORIGINAL BELT FROG. And in such nice condition overall. The best you will find!!
