Instructions:
-Pencil:
1. Push cap to advance lead.
2. Pull cap off to expose eraser.
3. Pull eraser out to empty/refill leads.
-Ball Pen:
1. Twist cap clockwise to advance ball point.
2. Twist counter-clockwise to retract ball point.
3. Unscrew cap counter-clockwise to remove/replace refill.
-Rollerball:
1. Unscrew barrel from grip to insert/remove refill.
-Fountain:
1. Unscrew barrel from grip to insert/remove ink cartridge.

NONE
of these have been personalized/engraved.
-I cleaned the fountain nib ultrasonically in distilled water, then dried with compressed air.
No ink came out of it
