    Description

    Sheaffer oversized balance in black with triple cap bands.    The pen was sold to me as restored, but I have not verified that claim.
    There is brassing.   There are dings and scratches to the plastic.   There is a scratch to the clip.  The white dot has ambered.   There appears to be some crazing to the top of the cap, it is not really visible in the photos.
