4 Sheaffer Mechanical Pencils
Description:
Presented for your consideration is this lot of 4 mechanical pencils made by Sheaffer. One of the pencils is a model 250 and features a light and dark green design throughout with a gold tone clip and center band. The side of the barrel is marked with "C. Weimer." The other identified pencil in the group is a model 400 pencil and also features a striped design only it is colored light and dark brown with a wide gold tone band around the center. Unsure as to what models the other 2 pencils are. One of the pencils has a silver tone top with a black bottom and the other has a black top with a green striped bottom.
Each pencil is marked with "Sheaffer's" either around the center of the barrel or on the clip. Three of the pencils are functional. Remaining pencil needs some repair.
These neat pencils would make a great addition to any vintage mechanical pencil or writing instrument collection!
One pencil has some separation at the middle and is not functional. Typical light wear from age and use. Overall the lot is in VERY GOOD condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.
Two of the pencils measure 5 1/4" long and 3/8" in diameter.
