    US Target kites made by Spaulding Bros for the US Navy and Army for artillery practice. Sold after the war by Mandela Bros. Chicago Illinois. Included are 2 kites with spare parts, such as frames and rudders. Includes the instruction sheets and the original sales slip. Kites and frames are in excellent condition other than some discoloring from storage. In the original shipping box from Mandell Bros. Includes a history of the kites as well information about the Mandell Bros department store. Please feel free to ask questions and more pictures as these are being sold as is and non returnable.
