    Similar to KSC's LCC and JSC's Mission Control Center (MCC). LIEF/HOSC is linked to LCC and MCC.
    35-page Operations Plan/Manual detailing LIEF organization, setup, operations, etc.

    This reference manual was used for supporting Apollo SA-203 / AS-203 mission operations including:
    CDDT - Countdown Demonstration Test
    FRT - Flight Readiness Test
    APS - Acquisition Processor Subsystem Checkout
    Launch - July 5, 1966. Uncrewed Saturn IB rocket flight to understand effects of low G on liquid hydrogen fuel in the S-IVB (2nd stage) tank for J-2 engine operation.
    Includes the distribution memo dated June 14, 1966 with these famous von Braun Rocket Team members on the list:
