    Description

    1963 Sheaffer LIFETIME Imperial VI Cartridge/Converter Fill (Sentinel Model) with original paperwork and box.
    The Imperial VI looks like a slimmer version PFM IV (without the complicated filling mechanism). This pen is the first of the Imperial line cartridge pens. The simple filling method is by cartridge or converter. This one is fitted with the converter which is the most desirable method of filling your pen. Best thing about it is you have a choice of cartridge or filling from an ink bottle. Of course using the converter doesn’t limits you to just Sheaffer cartridge colors it opens it up to more variety of color and types of ink you can use.
    The Imperial line sports a highly polished heavy stainless steel cap with the LIFETIME *imprint on the clip and the a visible imprint on the lip of the Black barrel. This set is in excellent condition, Its not new old stock but it’s very clean. I do not think it has been used often or has it been in circulation. What I do know is that it has been inked for testing and writing samples. The pencil is also in great cosmetic and mechanical condition. Overall this pen set is in excellent condition.
    Besides being in such great condition the best feature about this pen is the
    14K LIFETIME Stub Nib.
    It’s so smooth it glides across the page.
    The original Lifetime warranty paperwork is found tucked under the pen pad. The box is in decent condition but shows signs of wear, the lining is taped in some spots.
    This pen set can be a nice addition to your collection or just a great gift for that special person who may appreciate a beautiful vintage writing instruments and a bit of 1960’s nostalgia.
    The Pen stand is for display purposes only and not for sale or part of this purchase - The Pen comes in the original Sheaffer box.
